We take pride in the quality of our premium shoe care products; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused products in their original Saphir Médaille d'Or boxing to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our specialists inspect the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
